February Update

In the second month of our first house church in Montellano, another 3 souls enter the family of God!

Even though we know that our God is amazing, He still continues to amaze us! We love to witness what He is doing in the hearts of the Dominican people. His name is being lifted high, people are being drawn to Him, and they are being changed by His grace and kindness. What a beautiful thing to witness!

The Church is growing in the Dominican Republic.

Wes Ireton, the Founder of Casas del Reino visited the Dominican for 9 days this month. He was able to teach at the church gathering at Miguel & Bella’s house on a Sunday morning. He was also able to meet with our current future house church leaders in training! What a sweet time it was sharing a meal and laughter with their families.

Families are hungry to join the mission of Casas del Reino.

Our first training class is well underway with our future house church leaders. It is a 6 month program with an additional 6 months of ongoing training and support. This month we were able to get together to share a meal and spending time with one another. It was a great time of fellowship.

Our house churches continue our study through the book of Acts together. Expository teaching of God’s Word is one of our core values at Casas del Reino. This style of teaching is rare in the area of the country where we are focused, and you can see the believer’s eyes light up with excitement as they learn the Word. It’s a beautiful thing!
